A CMA is a Comparable Market Analysis. That means that we take data from previous homes in your area, with like or similar features, and find out what they sold for, how long they were on the market. This is the best way to determine what your home will sell for.

I then present this information to you, educate you on factors that are currently effecting the market, tips that would help your home sell for the most money, and then allow you to determine what would work best for you.
