I have always loved helping people. Being a REALTOR(r) is one of the most gratifying positions to me because I am always helping others acquire their dreams. Since real estate has always been my passion, I consider it a hobby as well. My background is extensive ranging from: a previous business owner, (e-business: I owned, produced/designed, managed my own e-store), telecommunications technician (phone & computer/networking), customer service, and web designer. I have a degree in electronics with a FCC license. I volunteer in the mornings at my sons school as well as substitute teach when the school is in dire need. I am the President of the Sioux Falls Jaycee's for 2004. I was on the nominating committee for PRESA. I never stop learning; nor afraid of expanding my knowledge.
Update: I am currently a Local Director for our Board of REALTORS, I am now ABR certified, working on e-pro and ASR designation, I am a member of WCR and working towards their PMN designation. I have listed 3 homes lately that I told the clients they could get more but they wanted to sell: we ended up with over asking price and sold within a day or so!!
